The course Telephone Training picks up the business cases in your company, integrates them into the classroom, and helps your staff to master company-specific phone situations.

METHODOLOGY AND OBJECTIVES
The participants learn the words and phrases, with which they start, sustain and finish telephone conversations. They build on their existing language knowledge and expand their listening and speaking skills. They practice relevant vocabulary and phrases in exercises and apply what they have learned in role-plays. The goal of the course is to gain more security when making a call.
