MEDICAL GERMAN
In the course Medical German professionals in medical professions will learn the specialist vocabulary and expressions needed for their work. Special focus is on the development of conversational skills with patients, relatives and colleagues.
TARGET GROUP
Foreign-language physicians and medical specialists in hospitals, clinics, nursing homes and home care institutions.
SCOPE AND LEVEL
The course Medical German will take 48 lessons to complete. The course requires German skills on level B2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. The course topics will be adapted to the needs of your institution.
COURSE FORM
Individual tuition or tuition in groups of up to 8 persons.
METHODOLOGY
The participants get to know the specialist vocabulary and phrases from everyday medical practice. They practise them in exercises, role plays and discussions. They learn to communicate precisely and appropriately in the respective workplace situation. The specialized language teaching material used in the course was developed in close cooperation with medical specialists.
